Incinerator Character

The incinerator is a character that shows up in my own animated short film Ongepast. Because there was a severe lack of time, I turned his creation into a big challenge:

"Can I make an animation-ready character from scratch in only 12 hours?"

In the end I met the goal of the challenge. From a sketch on paper to an animation-ready model. It was very rushed, but I am happy with how he turned out. In fact, all that work got so little screentime during the animated short film that I made this showcase video just for him

I can also gladly say that no generative AI was ever used in his creation process.
